Boaris and Tuska at the Science Fair

All young scientists gather each year at the annual LaSalle County Science Fair Contest to be judged on their knowledge and presentation of the projects they have prepared and entered into the fair’s contest.

All exhibitors will be under the control of the La Salle County Fair Science Committee, but the organization will in no case be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to entries or persons.

Dates and Times:

Set Up: Tuesday of the fair week –  from  4:00 – 6:00 pm
Judging: Wednesday of the fair week – begins at 4:00 pm (See schedule on the Science Fair Entry Rules below)
Photos: Thursday of the fair week – 4:00 – 4:45 pm
Pick Up: Thursday of the fair week by 5:30 pm

Contest will be at the LCFA Exhibit Hall

Eligibility:

Must be a resident of LaSalle County or a student of Cotulla ISD, and must show proof of eligibility.  Must be passing in grading period prior to fair week.  No sexual or inappropriate subject materials will be allowed to enter!

Winners:

Each entry will be judged on its own merit and be awarded a First (Blue), Second (Red), or Third (White).
